A holiday villa in Kissimmee Florida would not be complete without a swimming pool and our villa is no different ... it has a fully-screened pool with plenty of patio furniture and backs on to a picturesque lake.

Dine al fresco with our modern gas barbecue - and enjoy a long, cool drink by the pool while you're waiting!

And don't forget that it's Florida - the weather is (almost!) guaranteed.

You may want to spend your holiday relaxing in the Florida sun by the villa's own private pool, but don't forget that Kissimee and Orlando have numerous theme parks to explore.

Walt Disney World is only ten minutes away from the villa, and we can offer tickets, at special prices, for all the Disney theme parks. Kissimmee is also the home to many other family theme parks and they are all within easy reach of the villa.

LOCATION & LAYOUT OF OUR LUXURY VILLA

Our villa is in a quiet, managed community, and backs on to a picturesque lake. It is completely furnished to the highest standards; our Management Company ensures that the villa is kept clean and well maintained.

The surrounding public areas are exceptionally well maintained with the grass areas mowed and the walkways cleaned regularly.

Well proportioned rooms allow plenty of space for the whole family.

The spacious Lounge has a new 57" cable television (with a huge selection of channels, including free movie channels), DVD player, video cassette recorder and hi-fi/CD player. We have left you a small selection of DVDs, videos and books. There is also WIFI internet access (bring your own laptop / PDA).

The large patio doors lead to the covered lanai and the pool and patio area. (The doors are fully alarmed, so no need to worry about the childrens' safety).

The arched and pillared separation between the lounge and the dining area is a very unique feature of this home. The dining area has a table and chairs which will comfortably seat six people (and there is also a breakfast nook with table seating 4 in the kitchen).

The bright and spacious kitchen has everything you need: there is a cooker and a large microwave oven, a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, a coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the necessary crockery and utensils. There is also a dishwasher - so you don't have to!

	The Master Bedroom has a new, truly luxurious king size bed and cable television. The window overlooks the pool area and the lake at the back of the property. It has new, matching modern furniture which consists of bedside tables and a large dresser and it opens into the en-suite bathroom.
The Master En-Suite Bathroom has a bath and a large shower. There is a twin vanity unit and a very large walk-in closet which also contains the spare linen

The utility room (between the kitchen and garage) contains a large, family washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
	Bedroom Two has a queen size bed, cable TV and a walk-in closet
Bedroom Three has twin beds, cable TV and a walk-in closet.
	The Childrens' bedroom also has twin beds and a walk-in closet
