If you want a luxury holiday villa in Florida, we are sure you will love the relaxing family atmosphere here in Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee. You may want to spend your holiday relaxing in the Florida sun by the villa's own private pool, but don't forget that Kissimee and Orlando have numerous theme parks to explore. Walt Disney World is
only ten minutes away from the villa.
Kissimmee is also the home to many other family theme
parks and they are all within easy reach of the villa. LOCATION & LAYOUT OF OUR LUXURY VILLA The surrounding public areas are exceptionally well maintained with the grass areas mowed and the walkways cleaned regularly. |

Well proportioned rooms allow plenty
of space for the whole family. The large patio doors lead to the covered lanai and the pool and patio area. (The doors are fully alarmed, so no need to worry about the childrens' safety). |
The arched and pillared separation between the lounge and the dining area is a very unique feature of this home. The dining area has a table and chairs which will comfortably seat six people (and there is also a breakfast nook with table seating 4 in the kitchen). The bright and spacious kitchen has everything you need: there is a cooker and a large microwave oven, a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, a coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the necessary crockery and utensils. There is also a dishwasher - so you don't have to! |

The Master Bedroom has a new, truly
luxurious king size bed and cable television. The window overlooks
the pool area and the lake at the back of the property. It has
new, matching modern furniture which consists of bedside tables
and a large dresser and it opens into the en-suite bathroom. |

a very large walk-in closet which also contains the spare linen |
